The vaikora-llm-gateway and vaikora-guard-mcp repositories are MIT-licensed. Use, modification, and redistribution are governed by the MIT license terms.
Commercial Control Plane
The Vaikora Control Plane is subscribed to under the Data443 MSA and the Vaikora service-specific addendum. SLA, indemnification, support response times, and acceptable use are defined in the addendum and provided during procurement.
Acceptable use
Vaikora is not for use in life-safety systems or other critical-infrastructure contexts where a single point of failure in policy enforcement could cause harm. Customers operating in those contexts should self-host the open-source gateway and run their own redundancy.
